Kanabo Group Plc (LSE:KNB leading health tech company, is pleased to announces that Ian Mattioli, Non Executive Director and Chairperson, has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of £0.0123. Following the share purchase, Ian Mattioli's beneficial interests in the capital of the Company is 2.85%.
In addition, Suleman Sacranie, chief Technology Officer and founder of the GP Service, has purchased 75,187 ordinary shares at a price of £0.0133. Following the purchase of shares Suleman Sacranie holds 11,420,861 ordinary shares representing 1.81% of the issued share capital of the Company.
