Share purchases to satisfy Performance Share Plan awards 

Keller Group plc announces that on 3 March 2009, it purchased 80,000 of its ordinary shares of 10p each at 467.8 pence per share through NatWest Stockbrokers. All of these shares will be held as Treasury shares and were purchased specifically to satisfy awards under the Keller Group Performance Share Plan 2004 previously approved by shareholders.

This purchase equates to approximately 0.1 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 2,319,750 of its shares in Treasury and has 63,998,485 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
