The Company was notified yesterday that, on 18 December 2012, Mr Paul Withers,who was appointed as a Director of the Company on 17 December 2012, purchased10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 647.9 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Withers has a beneficial interest in 10,000ordinary shares in the Company.
