Director/PDMR Shareholding
Kellan was notified that on Tuesday 26 May 2009, John Bowmer, Non-Executive Co-Chairman, purchased450,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Bowmer is now interested in 13,047,251 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was also notified that on Tuesday 26 May 2009, Tony Reeves, Non-Executive Co-Chairman,also purchased 450,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Reeves is now interested in 13,047,251 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was further notified that on Tuesday 26 May 2009, Ross Eades, Chief Executive Officer purchased 700,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.0 pence per Ordinary Share. This amount represents Mr Eades sole interest in Ordinary Shares of the Company, equating to approximately 0.80 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
