Grant of Options
Kalibrate Technologies plc (AIM: KLBT), a provider of proprietary software-based products and services to the global petroleum retail industry, announces that on 20 October 2014, the Company granted options to the following directors, as listed below, and employees. These options, granted pursuant to the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Plan, were over a total of 600,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Options") on the terms detailed below. Of these Options, 125,000 Options were granted to UK based employees and the balance of 475,000 Options were granted to US based employees, both at an exercise price of 105.5 pence.
