Dividend Timetable
Kinovo plc (AIM:KINO), the specialist property services Group that delivers compliance and sustainability solutions, announces that its final dividend of 0.5 pence per ordinary share is expected to be paid to all shareholders on Wednesday 22 September 2021, if approved at the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 1 September 2021.
The full dividend timetable is as follows:
Ex-Dividend Date: Thursday 19 August 2021
Record Date: Friday 20 August 2021
Payment date: Wednesday 22 September 2021
