Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 12 September 2022, that Mr. Lee Venables purchased 26,353 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 37.90 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Venables and his persons closely associated are interested in 637,714 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.03 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
