Kiln Ltd07 March 2008 Kiln Ltd Delisting Kiln Ltd is pleased to confirm that all the remaining conditions to theamalgamation of Kiln Ltd with Tokio Marine Investment (Bermuda) Ltd, as set outin the circular sent to shareholders on 11 January 2008 (the "AmalgamationCircular") have now been satisfied, with the exception of Condition 1(c) inrelation to the issue by the Registrar of a certificate of amalgamation which isexpected to be satisfied on Monday 10 March 2008. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority requesting cancellation ofthe Kiln Shares on the Official List as well as trading of Kiln Shares on theLondon Stock Exchange. The last day of dealings in Kiln Shares will be today. Delisting is expected totake place at 7.00 a.m. on Monday 10 March 2008.
