Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that:
1. on 18 December 2024, the trustee of the Kier Group Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP") acquired ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") for, and allocated free matching Shares in accordance with the rules of the SIP to, certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"); and
2. on 19 December 2024, Mr Simon Kesterton, PDMR, acquired Shares following the exercise of options under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave") after the end of the three year savings period.
