Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 6 June 2024, Ms S Timms, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), following the exercise of options under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016 after the end of the three year savings period, at an option price of £0.5645 per Share.
