Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 5 December 2024, certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), following exercises of options under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave Exercise") after the end of the three year savings period and that, on 6 December 2024, Mr G Incutti, PDMR, undertook a sale of Shares acquired through the Sharesave Exercise.
