Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified by the Trustee on 29 September 2020 that 1,340 shares held on trust in connection with the Company's bonus arrangements for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 were released to Mr H E E Raven, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, on 29 September 2020. Prior to their release, legal title to the shares was held by the Trustee of the Kier Group 1999 Employee Benefit Trust.
The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The Company's Legal Entity Identifier ("LEI") is 2138002RKCU2OM4Y7O48.
