Completion of US private placement

Kingspan Group plc, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, is pleased to announce that it has today completed a EUR250m Private Placement Loan Note with an average fixed annual coupon of 1.48% for an average term of 9 years. EUR32m of the proceeds will be utilised in March 2017 to meet a scheduled loan note maturity with an annual coupon of 4.15%.
Kingspan CFO Geoff Doherty commented:
