Kingspan Group PLC11 January 2008 CLARIFICATION RE HOLDINGS IN COMPANY 11th January 2008 On the 7th January 2008 Kingspan Group plc were notified by Capital Research andManagement Company of an increase of their reportable interest in Kingspan GroupPlc from 8,259,299 ordinary shares to 10,325,917 ordinary shares (6.0597%).Capital Research and Management Company have now clarified that this informationwas based on total ownership calculations.
