Strix Group Plc (AIM:KETL), the AIM quoted global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, has been notified that Strix Group Plc's Chairman Gary Lamb has transferred 250,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") from his investment vehicle, GEL Investments Limited, at nil value to his former spouse.
Following this transaction, Gary is interested in 250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
