Kenetics Group Limited20 February 2007 Regulatory Announcement Company Kenetics Group Limited TIDM KEN Headline Trading Update On 26 September 2006, the Company announced its unaudited results for the sixmonths ended 30 June 2006. Since the announcement of the interim results,trading had continued to be difficult and the Board anticipates that the overalloutcome for the year ended 31 December 2006 will be a loss before tax in theregion of GPB 350,000. The Company expects to announce the final results for the year ended 31 December2006 before the end of April. The Company also announces that it was recently awarded a tender contract bythe Singapore Housing Development Board for the Provision of Radio FrequencyIdentification Equipment. The contract, which amounts to S$745,456(approximately GPB 250,000), commences 1 March 2007 and is expected to completein 12 months.
