The following amendment has been made to the 'Holding Notification' announcement released on 23 July 2013 at 12:40pm under RNS No 9451.
The previous announcement stated "Following this purchase Mr Marquard holds 27,933,253 ordinary shares representing 4.0% of the Company's current voting rights." It should have stated "Following this purchase Mr Marquard holds 29,033,253 ordinary shares representing 4.16% of the Company's current voting rights."
All other details remain unchanged.

Kea Petroleum plc (AIM: KEA), the oil and gas company focused on New Zealand, was notified on 22 July 2013 that on 18 July 2013 Mr Jürg Marquard purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in Kea.
Following this purchase Mr Marquard holds 29,033,253 ordinary shares representing 4.16% of the Company's current voting rights.
