Contract Update

Kin and Carta plc (the "Company" or "Kin + Carta"), the international digital transformation ("DX") consultancy, provides an update on a key client relationship.

As previously disclosed, one of the Company's key clients is a financial services company, with which it has had an ongoing contract worth up to $90 million over two years at signing. That contract ended on 28 February 2024 with the client ultimately spending in excess of the initial contract value.

Engagement with the client continues to be robust, and Kin + Carta continues to provide its services spanning many projects and deliverable timelines in line with the client's expectation on a rolling basis. Our fiscal year outlook remains unchanged.
