KCom Group PLC29 February 2008 KCOM Group PLC Total Voting Rights and Capital As at 29 February 2008 In conformity with section 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules wenotify the market of the following: KCOM Group PLC has, in the last month, issued 150,000 new shares. This has hadthe effect that the Company's capital now consists of 516,123,910 ordinary 10pshares with voting rights. KCOM does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 516,123,910. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, KCOM Group PLC under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
