Total Voting Rights and Capital
As at 31 May 2008
In conformity with section 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we notify the market of the following:
KCOM Group Plc has, in the last month, issued 180,000 new shares. This has had the effect that the Company's capital now consists of 516,603,910 ordinary 10p shares with voting rights. KCOM does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 516,603,910.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, KCOM Group PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
