Kingston Communications(Hull)PLC22 January 2007 Kingston Communications (HULL) Plc Total Voting Rights and Capital As at 20 January 2007 In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, wewould like to notify the market of the following: Kingston Communications (HULL) Plc has recently issued 100,828 new shares inconnection with its Save As You Earn Share Scheme. This has had the effect thatthe Company's capital now consists of 514,898,943 ordinary 10p shares withvoting rights. Kingston Communications does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 514,898,943. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, Kingston Communications (HULL)Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
