KCom Group PLC30 January 2008 KCOM Group PLC 30 January 2008 KCOM Group PLC Interim Management Statement KCOM Group PLC ('KCOM') is today publishing its Interim Management Statement forthe period 1 October to 31 December 2007. Current Trading KCOM confirms that overall Group trading remains within the range of ourexpectations indicated at the time of our interim results in November 2007. Our Integration and Managed Services businesses (I&MS) are anticipated todeliver results within our guidance range of 3-5 per cent EBITDA margin, albeittowards the lower end of that range. However, based on the developments both inbusiness focus and cost management implemented this year, our target EBITDAmargins of 5-8 per cent in 2008/2009 and 7-10 per cent in 2009/10 remainachievable. The Telecoms and Internet business continues to trade well, benefiting from itspredictable revenues and strong margins. Following on from the Board's decisionto align our dividend policy more closely in the near term to the performance ofthis segment of the Group, the continued strength of performance is encouraging.
