KCom Group PLC07 January 2008 KCOM GROUP PLC NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS/PDMRS AS SPECIFIED UNDER DR 3.1.4R (1) 07.01.2008 In accordance with the Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R (1), KCOM confirms that thefollowing directors were invited to participate in the Long Term Co-InvestmentPlan (LTCIP) for the 12 month period ending 31 August 2008 and have eachaccepted that invitation. Each participant has entered into a 12 month contract with the Company and thetrustees of the Plan to allow the individual to issue instructions to thetrustees during an open period. Malcolm Fallen, Paul Simpson, Paul Renucci andNeil Gower have elected to have monthly share purchases made on their behalf andthese may take place during a close period providing the individual does notvary his instruction during such a period. Paul Renucci joined the scheme in December 2007. KCOM confirm that all individual instructions to the trustees were given in anopen period.
