KCOM Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 27 November 2012, ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company were released to the Company's Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below in relation to awards made under the KCOM Group PLC Employee Incentive Plan ("EIP"). The shares were released by Praxis Trustees Limited as trustee of the EIP for nil consideration.
The transactions took place in London and were notified to the Company in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R on 27 November 2012.
