Notification of a Conditional Right in Shares for Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Praxis Fiduciaries Limited, the trustees of the Kingston Communications 2000 Employee Benefit Trust ('the 2000 EBT'), has recently purchased 181,370 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 49p. The Company was notified that this purchase took place on 30 June 2010. The shares are to be used to satisfy awards under the Company's 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan ('the 2007 LTIP') and 2007 Long Term Reward Scheme ('the 2007 LTRS') both of which vested on 21 June 2010. The following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities are amongst those potential beneficiaries of the Trust and, under the terms of the 2007 LTIP and the 2007 LTRS are likely to receive the following number of shares on 21 June 2011 and 21 December 2010 respectively:

LTIP: David Bishop 12,696

LTIP: Dean Branton 12,696

LTRS: Sean Royce 7,620
