KCOM Group PLC operates a Long Term Co-Investment Plan (LTCIP) which was approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 1 August 2007. In accordance with the Disclosure Rules 3.1.4 R (1), the share interests of the under-noted directors have increased this month.
The following transactions took place in London on 1 February 2012 and the Company was notified on8 February 2012:

KCOM confirms that all individual instructions to the trustees were given in an open period.
