KCOM Group PLC (the "Company") announces that the Directors listed below were today,17 July 2013, granted awards in the form of options to acquire the number of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company shown against his name, under the rules of the KCOM Group PLC Long-Term Incentive Plan.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.
The awards are structured as nil-cost options and will normally vest on 17 July 2016 subject to the grantee's continued employment and to the extent a total shareholder return performance condition is satisfied over a three-year measurement period. Once vested, subject to the grantee's continued service, the awards will normally remain exercisable for a period of 12 months.
The Company was notified of the above awards on 17 July 2013.
