Each participant has entered into a 12 month contract with the Company and the trustees of the Plan to allow the individual to issue instructions to the trustees during an open period. PaulΒ Simpson,Β Paul RenucciΒ andΒ NeilΒ GowerΒ have elected toΒ haveΒ monthlyΒ share purchasesΒ made on their behalfΒ and these mayΒ take placeΒ during a close period providing the individual does not vary his instruction during such a period.
