Kingston Communications(Hull)PLC27 October 2006 KINGSTON COMMUNICATIONS (HULL) PLC (KCOM.L) APPOINTMENT OF NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Kingston Communications (Hull) PLC today announces a change to the membership of its Board of Directors. Mr John Robinson will be joining the Board with immediate effect, under the terms of a Relationship Agreement with Kingston upon Hull City Council ("the Council"), which gives the Council the right to nominate two Directors to the Company's Board. Mr Robinson will replace the previous nominee, Mrs Clare Page, who resigned from the Board on 26 October. He will be a non-executive Director. In accordance with 9.6.13.1 of the Listing Rules, Mr Robinson holds the positionof non-executive Director at Hull Investment Limited. He was previously a non-executive Director of Kingston Communications (HULL) PLCfrom June 2003 to July 2004.
