Kingston Communications(Hull)PLC01 August 2007 Kingston Communications (HULL) PLC 1 August 2007 KINGSTON COMMUNICATIONS (HULL) PLC (KCOM.L) AGM TRADING UPDATE AND INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT At its Annual General Meeting today, Kingston Communications (HULL) PLC willprovide an update on trading since its Preliminary results announcement on 22May and publish its first Interim Management Statement as required by therevised Listing Authority and Transparency rules. This statement relates to theperiod from 1 April 2007 to 31 July 2007. Trading Update The Group has made a good start to its new financial year building on the strongprogress made last year. Trading is in line with our expectations as we benefitfrom both organic revenue growth throughout the business and the impact of theacquisitions completed in the second half of last year. Since the Preliminaryresults announcement in May, new contract wins have included North StaffordshireHospitals and North Wales Police. The implementation of the Group's strategy during the second half of 2006/7 sawthe acquisition of three discrete businesses with skills targeted to meet thechanging needs of our growing customer base. The combination of continuedorganic investment and the acquisition of such skills remains an importantelement of the Group strategy going forward. Michael Abrahams, Chairman commented: "We remain committed to our strategy.During the first quarter we have seen continuing growth across the business inline with our expectations."
