K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, announces that as a result of the purchase of ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by the K3 Business Technology Group plc Share Incentive Plan (an HM Revenue & Customs approved all employee share purchase plan) on 1 August 2013 at a price per Ordinary Share of £1.109, the below executive directors have the following interests:
