Director/PDMR Share Purchase
K3, which provides mission‐critical business software and cloud solutions, has received notification that Marco Vergani, CEO of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.83 per share on 30 April 2021 (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr. Vergani is now interested in 5,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Further details in respect of the Purchase are provided below, in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (No 596/2014).
