Appointment of Director
Kimberly Enterprises N.V., the AIM-listed Central and Eastern European property developer (KBE:L), is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting held yesterday, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. Accordingly, Mr Sagee Kadosh, CPA, has been appointed as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Sagee Kadosh, aged 40, was appointed Vice President - Finance at Engel Resources and Development Ltd on 29 September 2016. His work experience includes the following roles: Vice President - Finance at Rothstein Real Estate Ltd and Finance Director at Darban Investments Ltd. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics and a MBA degree, both from Tel Aviv University. He qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant while at PWC.
Matters for disclosure under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules with respect to the appointment of Mr Sagee Kadosh as a director of Kimberly are as follows:
