DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The company announces that on 16 May 2011 the following transactions took place relating to executive directors.

Mr William George Bright, Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 108,890 ordinary shares in the Company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") through exercise of share options. No consideration was paid for the Shares. Mr Bright sold 39,832 of the Shares at a price of £0.72 per Share in order to fund the tax liability on vesting of the award.

Following the above transactions, Mr Bright is interested in 615,243 Shares, representing approximately 1.1% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 717,309 Shares.

Mr Nicholas Philip Stone, Operations and Finance Director of the Company, acquired 93,029 Shares through exercise of share options. No consideration was paid for the Shares. Mr Stone sold 93,029 Shares at a price of £0.72 per Share, in part to fund the tax liability on exercise of the award.

Following the above transactions, Mr Stone is interested in 405,609 Shares, representing approximately 0.73% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 550,325 Shares.

The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 55,890,229 Shares.
