Additional Block Listing of Ordinary Shares
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for two block admissions totalling 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013 and also the exercise of options by Godden Associates Limited (a company owned and controlled by Ian Godden, Chairman).
New Ordinary Shares, when issued, will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that the two block admissions will become effective on 1st April 2014 ("Admission"). Following Admission, there will be no change to the Company's issued share capital.
