Additional Block Listing of Ordinary Shares
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission for 1,336,559 ordinary shares of 2.5p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. These New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 ("Incentive Plans"). The New Ordinary Shares represent the balance of the total outstanding options not yet issued under the Incentive Plans, less those remaining under the Company's current blocklisting. New Ordinary Shares, when issued, will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to occur on 22 April 2013 ("Admission").
