Total Voting Rights
Crossrider (AIM:CROS) the creator of digital advertising platforms specialising in monetising web and mobile media through the use of big data, announces that following the repurchase of 6,201,423 Ordinary Shares by the Company the Company's total issued share capital consists of 142,294,650 Ordinary Shares with voting rights, and a further 6,201,423 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Crossrider plc is therefore 142,294,650 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Crossrider plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
