Termination of option agreement
Crossrider (AIM:CROS) announces that the call option agreement entered into by Unikmind Holdings Limited ("Unikmind") on 23 September 2014 with Zirconium Limited, a company owned and controlled by Koby Menachemi, the former CEO of the Company, has been terminated. The agreement, as described in paragraph 5.4(a) of Part 5 of the Company's AIM Admission Document, granted Zirconium Limited an option to acquire up to 5,376,340 existing ordinary shares of US$0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") held by Unikmind at an exercise price of USD 0.44873 per Ordinary Share.
