Director Disclosure
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer security software business, announces the following disclosures in relation to Don Elgie, Non-Executive Chairman and Martin Blair, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
In February 2017 and March 2017, Mr Elgie and Mr Blair were appointed as directors of The Marketing Group PLC ("TMG"), and both resigned in September 2018. TMG was put into administration in July 2019. This administration was ended on 4 December 2020 and the company was subsequently dissolved on 4 March 2021.
