Kape (AIM: KAPE), the digital security and privacy software business, was notified on 24 June 2020 that Ted Kim, Head of North America and Non-Executive Director of Kape, sold 127,597 ordinary shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 200p per share, to settle certain personal tax liabilities in relation to the PIA acquisition.
Following this transaction, Mr. Kim now holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the current share capital of the Company. Mr Kim is also due to be issued a further 1,254,872 Ordinary Shares on the first anniversary of the completion of the acquisition of Private Internet Access (December 2020) and 418,290 shares to be issued on the second anniversary of completion (December 2021).
