Voting results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

JSC National Atomic Company Kazatomprom ("Kazatomprom" or "the Company") announces today the in-absentia voting results on the issues of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM"), summed up on 04 October, 2022 at 18:00 local time (GMT+6).

At the time of the EGM, a total of 259,356,608 shares were outstanding; according to the shareholder register and

information on the owners of shares in nominal holding as of 01 September, 2022, the total number of voting shares was 220,280,366. Shareholders and their authorized representatives, holding 218,638,318 shares (representing 99.25% of the total number of voting shares of the Company), submitted their votes. Shareholders voted on the issues on the EGM agenda and the respective decisions were made.

On designating PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP an auditor to audit the 2023 and 2024 consolidated and separate financial statements of NAC Kazatomprom JSC in accordance with the IFRS

Based on the voting results of the EGM dated 04 October 2022, it was decided to designate PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP an auditor to audit the 2023 and 2024 consolidated and separate financial statements of NAC Kazatomprom JSC in accordance with the IFRS.
