K3 Capital Group plc, a multi-disciplinary professional services firm providing advisory services to SMEs, announces that Charlotte Stranner, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 6,200 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 159.5968 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Charlotte Stranner has a total interest over 6,200 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. 

The Company makes this announcement, including the notification below, in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
