REPURCHASE OF SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today repurchased into Treasury 145,000 Ordinary shares at 378.9886 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 10,606,880 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares 54,799,395. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
