REPURCHASE OF SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today repurchased into Treasury 15,000 Ordinary shares at 421.785 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 12,478,085 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares 52,928,190. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
