VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
JPMORGAN US SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
In conformity with the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 June 2016, JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc's capital consists of 56,970,928 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares. The Company holds 2,070,000 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 30 June 2016, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is 54,900,928.
The above figure (54,900,928) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
