Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule, the Company makes the following announcement:

As at 31 January 2023 Jupiter's issued share capital consisted of 544,979,510 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence per share, each with one vote.

Jupiter does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Jupiter is 544,979,510. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Fund Management plc in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Jupiter's £10m share buyback programme, announced on 20 October 2022, was completed on 20 January 2023 and all shares purchased under the programme have been duly cancelled.
