JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company" or "Jupiter")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified, on 29 March 2018, that the following transactions have been undertaken over ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company. Paula Moore exercised and sold 26,431 options under the Jupiter Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and 8,588 options under the Jupiter Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP"), both of which were granted in 2015. The Company was also notified on 29 March 2018, Edward Bonham Carter exercised and sold 56,837 Jupiter LTIP options granted in 2013.
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
