Appointment of Keith Bray to the Board
The Board of Jupiter UK Growth Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Keith Bray as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 28 March 2018.
Mr Bray is a former Director of Jupiter Dividend & Growth Trust PLC.
As at the date of his appointment, Mr Bray is the owner of 7,359 shares in the Company.
