RESULTS OF THE 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Results of Annual General Meeting
Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, the Company is pleased to announce that all Resolutions put to shareholders were passed on a poll, including the following resolutions:
Resolution 9 (ordinary resolution): to authorise the Directors to allot shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £539,626 representing approximately 10% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital as at the date of the passing of the resolution pursuant to Section 551 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Act").
Resolution 10 (special resolution): to authorise the Directors to allot shares for cash pursuant to section 570 and section 573 of the Act otherwise than in accordance with statutory pre-emption rights.
Resolution 11(special resolution): to authorise Company to make market purchases of up to 14.99% of the Company's own ordinary shares as at the date of the passing of the resolution.
Resolution 12 (special resolution): to allow a general meeting, other than an Annual General Meeting, may be called on not less than 14 clear days' notice.
