7 June 2022-Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc ("Jadestone", or the "Company") an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, announces that the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting on 30 June 2022 at 9:00 BST at the offices of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, 150 Cheapside, Fourth Floor, London, EC2V 6ET.
The Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting, Form of Proxy and Annual Report will be posted to shareholders today.

Led by an experienced management team with a track record of delivery, who were core to the successful growth of Talisman's business in Asia, the Company is pursuing an acquisition strategy focused on growth and creating value through identifying, acquiring, developing and operating assets in the Asia-Pacific region.
